Kick off for the Grand Prix of Germany - the SuperEnduro 2025 in Riesa

Next event will take place on 4 January 2025, advance ticket sales start on 1 October 2024

The motorsport year 2025 will open in Riesa. The next SuperEnduro Grand Prix Germany will take place on the first Saturday of the new year, specifically on 4 January 2025, at the WT Energiesysteme Arena Riesa. Tickets for the top-class spectacle with stars of the scene such as Billy Bolt, Jonny Walker and German rider Tim Apolle will be available from 1 October at https://www.etix.com/ticket/v/11345?cobrand=SuperEnduro. In addition, the coveted tickets in various categories will be available from Monday 21 October at the relevant advance booking offices and various motorbike dealers. Last year, the run on tickets was so great that they were sold out a few weeks before the event.

Like the last ten years, the new motorsport year starts in Riesa

From the upcoming 2024/2025 season, the SuperEnduro World Championship will have a new promoter in the form of Polish event agency SportUP. As we now know, the new promoter will rely on the tried and tested, but will also introduce a few changes. We are excited. It is also a fact that the venues are similar to the previous ones or have already been raced there before the previous season.

The race will start on 14 December 2024, this time in Gliwice, Poland, instead of Krakow. After that, there will be a lot of consistency, as the German World Championship round, the SuperEnduro Riesa, will be the second World Championship round on 4 January 2025, followed by Cluj-Napoca in Romania (18 January 2025), Lodz in Poland (1 February 2025), the Hungarian metropolis of Budapest (8 February 2025) and Newcastle in Great Britain (1 March 2025). This year's finale will be held in Lievin, France, on 8 March 2025, the same day as last year's season opener.

Billy Bolt has been considered almost unbeatable at the SuperEnduro in recent years and was also the measure of all things in Riesa 2024

It is now also clear which races will be part of the FIM Europe SuperEnduro Cup 2024/2025. This comprises the four rounds and Riesa is once again included. European Championship points will also be contested in Gliwice, Cluj-Napoca and Budapest.

‘We are celebrating ten years of SuperEnduro Riesa this year, which makes us the most traditional of this year's venues as well as the former ones,’ says Riesa promoter Daniel Auerswald from the event management company of the same name. He continues: ‘Of course, it is a great honour for us to be part of the SuperEnduro World Championship again, although there is almost no way around our event with our fantastic fans. We are also delighted that the European Championship is back, as it now also features very high-quality races and there are always many Germans with prospects of success at the start.’

At the same time, Daniel Auerswald points out once again that the previous event in early January 2024 was sold out very early in December.
